Here is what Todd, head of membership sales, told us today:

“We have four residences open for members use right now. Cabo will be online Nov 20 and Tahoe and Monterey Bay will be online Dec 15. We will then add a home in Hawaii then one in wine country before beginning the lunch of the Southwest. The risk free trial is a 30-day evaluation of the club. The member submits a signed reservation agreement and deposit for $5,000 to start the evaluation and secure the current pricing. At any time, including after the 30 days, the deposit is refundable should the member choose not to join. The member is sent a Membership Evaluation Package and given the option to visit one or more of the residences, speak to existing members, club founders, etc.”
