Signature Destinations, a relatively new club operated out of Kirkland Washington, has a Charter Member offer that expires Oct 15th – they are reducing their $125,000 upfront one-time membership fee to $105,000. This fee is like others - 80% refundable in a non-equity club. We consider Signature a legitimate player in the “value” category - offering $1-2M homes, based on annual dues of $8,000. We are waiting to hear back from management as to current club status—how many homes they have acquired and put into operation, but it looks like at least four destinations will have one home operational by Christmas.

Signature also offers a “30 day money back guarantee”—meaning you can join, book a vacation at one of their properties and if you are unhappy, request your membership fee back. We don’t know how this works in practice, but seems like a reasonable way to get prospective members over the hump.
