In the end, what is important is not the cost of any one brochure but the total acquisition cost of every new member for the clubs – as a member you want them spending less on member sales and more on home repairs, customer service reps etc. If industry competition means that the clubs are blowing through operating funds on marekting, there will be less for the member experience.
