Seems to be the newly launched High Country Club (not to be confused with the Mile High Club). For the first 50 members, the one-time fee is $20,000! Yet the homes look good (from the pictures) and they are all 3-6 bedrooms. So we look forward to talking to the CEO to understand their economic model and how they think they can run a club with substantially less committed capital than the others.
