We started the research process for The Helium Report’s upcoming Guide to Medical Concierge Services and discovered four with offices in the San Francisco Bay Area:
Three of the four practices serve only Bay Area residents, while MDVIP has 79 offices nationwide. We also find medical concierge services in Arizona and Florida, which was expected, given the large population of retirees in each state.
UPDATE (4/26/06): We spoke with Nancy Udell at MDVIP today. She updated the figures for the firm. They’ve seen strong growth since our original post last year. The latest numbers are 103 physicians, 21 markets, 15 states. We’ve started researching executive health options and will publish a decision guide this summer.
