Just received this email from Tanner & Haley:
“Somehow our competitors think that guaranteeing one holiday period a year for their members is satisfactory. You know what, it is satisfactory. Tanner & Haley, on the other hand, is exceptional!
We guarantee our Members 7 of the 8 holiday weeks each year. Cabo at Christmas…no problem, Telluride for President’s Day…you got it.”
If they can deliver, then it’s a dramatic improvement over other destination clubs, as the issue of getting members what they want over peak holiday periods is not easy. We will attempt to dig into this boast more when we talk with Tanner & Haley management.
