via EOS Airlines, a new all business class airline, using reconfigured 757’s that handle 48 passengers, instead of the usual 200. They are currently promoting an introductory offer:

Fly roundtrip between New York and London for $5,000 USD or from London to New York for £2,500! Save $1,500 USD / £1,000 off the regular fare. Purchase your tickets before January 3 and complete your travel prior to April 30.

We have not tried the airline, so cannot speak to the experience, but they seems to be picking the right spot in the market in terms of price: above the horrendous United/American business class fare (around $3600 and up), and below the Virgin Atlantic Upper Class ticket (over $10,000). Currently one flight a day, into Stanstead Airport – so I guess I need to figure out how far that is from London.
