says his worst injury while travelling has been a chipped tooth or sprained finger, so he has probably not used his own service – but that’s the point of “disaster” insurance – never to have to use it.

In this NY Times profile, he does tell the story of a college kid that got in a car accident with three other friends, got misdiagnosed by the Mexican hospital, and then brought back to a US hospital by his air ambulance service.

Makes me want to sign my kids up.
