Distinctive Holiday Homes passed a milestone last week with the enrollment of its 50th member. The not yet one year old destination club has seen steady growth since it opened its doors to members in the summer of 2007. Distinctive Holiday Homes has favored a more exotic portfolio of homes than most clubs, with 11 residences (including two boats) in locations as far afield as Fiji, New Zealand, Australia, and the south of France.

If the club’s forthcoming home acquisitions are any indication, Distinctive Holiday Homes is looking to round out its impressive collection of international residences with some properties closer to home. According to Robert Good, the club’s head of North American property team, Distinctive Holiday Homes is currently in negotiations for a property in Honolulu, Hawaii and is planning to buy in New York and Miami.
