Helium Report’s 174 Critical Due Diligence Questions

Once you have narrowed down the field to the two or three destination clubs that fit you best, the next stage of the process is due diligence. While discovering and evaluating clubs can take only a few hours, thoroughly analyzing a select few is a lengthy process that spans several days.

Depending on the club, membership is either a lifestyle investment or a financial investment. In both cases, it’s important to perform the due diligence process methodically since there are many “gotchas” that can affect your enjoyment of the club, as well as your potential return in equity-based models.

We compiled an exhaustive list of questions, organized into ten separate categories, which we recommend you ask before joining a club. Our research team interviewed destination club executives to learn about their business model and understand the nuances between the various terms and conditions for each offer.
