Last year around this time, Boston Celtics coach Doc Rivers was struggling to convince his team’s owners to let him hold onto his job, after his hapless squad stumbled through the season with a losing record. Now with his team just a victory away from winning the NBA Championship, Doc Rivers is in a position to repay the trust that kept him in his coaching gig.

We’re not just talking about securing some new hardware for the Celtic’s already well stocked trophy case. You see, Rivers is an early member of destination club Ultimate Escapes, which gives him access to luxurious vacation homes all around the world.
