Ultimate Resort destination club announced a new member service focused around their Lake Tahoe, NV residence. Ultimate Resort is offering four tailor-made “Seasonal Signature” activities that can be adjusted to meet the member’s needs and tastes.

The five-bedroom Lake Tahoe home is located on the 13th hole of the Incline Village gold course and offers a pool table, foosball table and outdoor hot tub.

Seasonal Activities

• Sept. 1st – Nov. 30th
• Two-hour, late afternoon hike around the Tahoe Rim Trail with views of the lake
• Wine tasting stations every 30 minutes and the final stop is a full pour while you watch the sunset

• Dec. 1st – Mar. 31st
• ost-skiing, in-home happy hour complete with professional massages, hot tub soak and hot toddies (cocoa for the kids)
• Dinner is prepared by a private chef followed by gourmet s’mores around the fireplace

Spring: Floating Champagne Picnic

• Apr. 1st – May 31st
• After a day of spring skiing you’ll take a private sail around Lake Tahoe
• Then it’s off to dinner at Jake’s on the Lake

• Jun. 1st – Aug. 31st
• Half or full-day fishing trip (either surface fishing on the lake or river fly fishing); an optional expert is available to help you catch and clean the fish
• Private chef prepares a “catch of the day” dinner for you (optional tutorial)

As we reported earlier this month, Ultimate Resort’s pricing has increased to the following amounts: Platinum level requires a deposit of $205,000 and annual dues of $18,000. Gold level requires a deposit of $195,000 and annual dues of $14,000. Silver level requires a deposit of $185,000 and annual dues of $12,000.
