Destination club Quintess, LRW, which recently surpassed the 450 member mark, increased the price of many of its holiday and non-holiday plans. Annual fees across all of Quintess’ plans remain unchanged.
Deposit prices were raised by $10,000 to $45,000 depending on the plan, with the cost of Quintess’ high-end 75-night Q7 holiday plan jumping to $895,000 from $850,000. The cost of its two entry level Q2 and Q3 non-holiday plans stayed the same, while the price of a non-holiday Q6 plan actually decreased by $20,000. Additionally, the cost of its holiday Q3 and Q6 plans, which include 30- and 60-nights of use respectively, did not change.
This year has marked many milestones for the Quintess. It secured a $210 million equity investment this spring, announced a new five villa members-only enclave in the Turks and Caicos, added a seven-bedroom villa in Tuscany, and expanded its travel program, Q Leading Experiences.
It is not uncommon for clubs to raise membership prices once or twice a year. Exclusive Resorts just announced a $20,000 hike for each of its six plans that will take effect at the end of August.
