Billionaire developer Tim Blixseth (who brought us the ultra-exclusive Yellowstone Club near Big Sky, Montana), is thinking about going one better – with a club called World Club, that would cost you a cool 2 million to get in. Early days yet, but they are contemplating 500 members and 10 properties around the world (that member to home ratio kinda sucks) – the first being a 25 home resort planned on some land they just bought near Cody, Wyoming (and close to Yellowstone Regional Airport to allow members easy access via private jet).
When asked about the plans, Cody Mayor Roger Sedam said: “Holy Moly”.
