Travelers heading to Los Angeles this fall have two new hotel options in the Beverly Hills area. The new neighbors? Starwood and Montage.

Though it lacks a 90210 address, the SLS Hotel at Beverly Hills is just adjacent to this tony town. It is the first hotel to open under Starwood’s new SLS brand.

Formerly a Le Meridien property, the 297-room hotel has interiors designed by Phillipe Starck and a restaurant from famed Spanish chef José Andrés who runs several well-regarded restaurants in Washington D.C.

Several introductory packages are being offered through Starwood’s site; the best include 50% off a second night for travelers arriving Thursday though Saturday and a package offering a $50 daily hotel credit, good at the hotel’s restaurant or spa. Rates start at $389 per night through January 31.

On November 25, the Montage brand will expand from Laguna Beach to Beverly Hills with its second hotel. The 201-room Spanish Colonial-style Montage Beverly Hills will have a 20,000 square foot spa and the requisite L.A. hotel amenity—a rooftop pool. No introductory rates have been announced yet, so plan to pony up $595 a night.
