Another reader, and Exclusive Resorts member, has told us that she receives a survey via email from ER a few days after she returns from a stay in one of their homes, and that is one of the ways she is able to provide feedback to them about the house, and any issues she and her family may have had. We would imagine, but need to confirm , that most of the clubs do some sort of post-visit follow-up, via email or phone.
