While Phil Mickelson was dominating the Masters, The Markers announced the launch of two new luxury homes in South Carolina. The golf-oriented destination club rounded out the ‘front nine’ of their portfolio with the addition of Kiawah Island and Daufuskie Island.

The specialty destination club also reached a signficant coporate milestone and closed out its charter membership. “Fairway” memberships are available along with shared programs for corporate usage. The Markers’ $1.5M homes might not be on par (pun intended) with Tiger’s $40M mansion, but you can bring your own green jackets and enjoy unlimited access to award-winning golf courses.
