Crescendo recently announced the addition of a new residence in Sun Valley, Idaho. Part of the Les Saisons development, this three bedroom retreat has many of the amenities you’d expect – granite counter tops, steam showers, an abundance of fireplaces – but also some surprises. Owners enjoy in-residence spa service, an on-call conceirge and a private chauffeur.

One feature this residence doesn’t offer is ski in/out accessibility. Crescendo opted instead for a location in dowtown Ketchum, the Idaho village that played host to Ernest Hemingway’s last years. With the ski resort just a five-minute, chauffeured drive away, the Ketchum location offers convenient access to more of what the community has to offer.

Crescendo is positioning the residence as a “four-season hideaway” by highlighting the small-town charm of Ketchum and its bounty of off-season, outdoor activities. From fly-fishing in the Silver Creek to hiking in the Sawtooth National Forest, to free golf at one of the four nearby courses, the Sun Valley region appears to have enough to sustain owner interest throughout the year.
