Quintess: Now offering experiences, not just homes

Quintess has just announced a new aspect of their membership – access to the Horseshoe Falls Ranch, located in the beautiful Texas Hill Country, 70 miles northwest of Austin – a privately owned exotic trophy game ranch on the site of the former Lampasas State Park.

The program is called OnQ Experiences and provides Quintess members with exclusive rights to the Spanish mission-style Casa Grande home. This 3,600-square-foot home features three bedrooms and three baths, antique hardwood floors, and offers a comfortable setting at the close of an active day on the ranch.

onq_experiences.jpgWe like the move, and it is probably a cost-effective way for clubs to ease the demand on homes, and provide new cool, unique locations to their members. Obviously, as a member, you want your club to offer some of these interesting options – but just like leased homes, perhaps not too much. You want to be assured that the bulk of your member deposit is going towards purchasing homes, as those assets secure your refund if you ever want to retire your membership.
