Last week we estimated Exclusive Resorts had added more than 100 members in the month of July.

We’ve now confirmed Exclusive Resorts added over 250 members in that month alone – obviously a strong signal about not only their club, but also the appeal of the luxury destination club concept to affluent families.

Due to this very high demand, Exclusive Resorts was unable to process all their prospects in the pipeline, so they are delaying a previously announced price increase for another month, allowing new members to join at the current price level of $395,000.

Yesterday, Exclusive Resorts announced the club will add 30 new homes in the next 4 months, all of which will be owned by the company. The total portfolio will increase to 330 homes in 35 of the most popular resort destinations worldwide.
