The LUSSO Collection teamed up with New York-based JD Concierge Services (JDCS) to provide its members with access to event planning, entertainment, dining, travel, and personal services even when they’re not traveling to one of LUSSO’s fourteen luxury homes.
We’ve seen other destination clubs partner with concierge providers – boutique club Solstice teams up with Mint Concierge and My Global Playground offers services through Quintessentially.
In LUSSO’s case, a dedicated concierge at JDCS works exclusively with LUSSO members, providing completely focused attention for their personal requests. JDCS has been providing concierge services to corporations and individuals for over 10 years, including several investment banks such as Citibank, JP Morgan, and Goldman Sachs.
We see this value-added service for LUSSO members as a nice perk that fits in with “The LUSSO Life” philosophy that founder and CEO Steve Greer espouses. Indeed, the ability to access hard-to-find Broadway tickets or make reservations at premier restaurants is a nice benefit when visiting one of LUSSO’s two penthouses in midtown Manhattan.
Members may have access to similar offers through American Express Gold, Platinum, or Centurion cards, but it’s nice to have a single point of contact who can help with everything from booking a table at Per Se to helping you arrange your kid’s birthday party at home.
