The LUSSO Collection has added three more homes, expanding its portfolio to 17 properties with the addition of a villa in Hawaii and two penthouses in mid-town Manhattan.

The destination club entered the market with 14 homes, as we reported in an exclusive announcement in June 2006.

The Hawaii residence is located on the Big Island, a golf course-facing villa on the Mauna Lani resort. The villa is available for reservations starting October 1 and features a single family home configuration typical for luxury destination clubs:

• 2,887 square feet
• 3+ bedrooms/sleeps 6-8
• 4 baths
• Covered lanai with outdoor kitchen
• Private pool/spa

The New York penthouses have a smaller floorplan (1,582 square feet, 2 bedrooms, 2.5 baths), as is the case with urban properties for most destination clubs. Located in the heart of Manhattan, the units (artists rendering, right) go live on November 1, in time for holiday shopping season. LUSSO recently announced a partnership with JD Concierge Services which provides members with access to Broadway shows and reservations at premier restaurants.
