Exclusive Resorts Member (Bay Area, CA)

As a family of five, since joining ER we have switched most of our vacations to using club homes, and now rarely stay in resorts. All the homes we have stayed in are very luxurious, maid service good, and concierge always helpful. Their online reservation system is also very well done – as good as any hotel site, with lots of home pictures, floorplans and maps.

Exclusive Resorts has made our family vacations easier to plan, much more enjoyable and even less expensive then equivalent accomodation in hotels. We especially appreciated the GEM electric car for getting around to the three beach clubs that ER provided. The bumpiest part was the pre-trip planning—because we were guests rather than…

Quintess, Catch the Dream Guest (Northern CA, CA)

I stayed at the Napa house with friends and the service was extraordinary. Quintess had arranged for an in-home masseuse followed by a local sommelier to lead a blind wine tasting across several uncommon varietals. A private chef prepared a dinner party, and the following day Quintess pulled a few strings to offer us private tours of a few exclusive vineyards.

The home itself was fantastic with several bedrooms in the main house (perhaps four – I don’t recall on account of the sommelier)...
