From now until year-end, BelleHavens is offering a lifetime “Friends and Family Passport” to new members of their luxury destination club. The program allows members to share their reservation rights with designated guests—unaccompanied and with no restrictions.
Typically, destination clubs allow members to designate a limited number of guests and usually limit sharing to immediate family members. In addition, an extra fee is often assessed.
Current BelleHavens members can purchase a Friends and Family Passport for $3,500 per year, a 20% premium over the club’s $17,500 annual dues. The BelleHavens membership deposit is $200,000 and provides 30 days of usage. Additional nights can be purchased for $275 and unused nights can be credited for the same amount.
The special offer is an incentive for new members to join and save as much as $35,000 on a 10-year membership, assuming the Friends and Family Passport was purchased each year. The savings are potentially even greater since the benefit extends for the lifetime of the membership.
A BelleHavens spokesperson said the destination club believes the program encourages new memberships while ensuring both the membership deposit and annual dues remain constant. The offer is available until December 31, 2006.
