Solstice Collection, the ultra-luxury destination club, announced that former Pfizer CEO Hank McKinnell (photo, right) has joined their Advisory Board.

We don’t know if he has actually joined the club. McKinnell certainly can afford it, since he left Pfizer with a $180 million severance package!

According to the Wall Street Journal today (sub. required), McKinnell has not yet stayed in one of Solstice Collection’s home. If he does join, and we assume that he has taken a close look at the club, then it’s an endorsement of some value.
