The new system should make it possible for members to take advantage of all the services the LUSSO Collection has to offer while making vacation planning easier.

Designed with both member requests and feedback in mind, the online system helps members track the status of activity requests, expenses, and schedules. Destination club members can also email their itinerary to friends and family.

The reservation system also permits members to communicate their travel information to their local LUSSO concierge including guest list, flight schedules, airport transfer information, and special requests such as groceries or rental equipment. Members can also log in requests for dining reservations, tee times, and other activities. Their concierge will then update them with the status of each request.

Making the investment into an online reservation system is a must-have for a serious, growth oriented destination club.
