Exclusive Resorts announced at the beginning of May that their new development of 24 residences at Sea Island, Georgia, will be ready for members in early 2009. In reference to the status of the residences, Donn Davis, CEO of Exclusive Resorts, said that they “are already involved in final architectural and design work.”

The nearby Cloister Hotel invited Exclusive Resorts to develop the residences, and will offer in-residence dining, among other things, reinforcing the two luxury providers’ relationship.

The southern-style residences will have four bedrooms, 3,500 square feet of interior space, and a private pool, according to an Exclusive Resorts press release. Sea Island’s 65,000-square foot spa and their beach club will be available to members. And golf-fanatics take note: Golf Digest’s 2007 #1-ranked golf course in North America is additionally available.
