Exclusive Resorts members received a notable package from FedEx this week that contained a long letter on the status of the club, and a brochure illustrating the new additions to its real estate portfolio. Helium Report obtained a copy and is examining the details.

The letter addresses usage and availability of the club portfolio, with an analysis of the data and current and future actions Exclusive Resorts plans to take to address current challenges. The statement, dated June 1st, covers three major points:

1. Facts on member usage and club availability;
2. Actions taken to enhance club availability;
3. Actions planned to improve club availability in the future.

In brief, Exclusive Resorts plans to substantially expand its real estate portfolio in the next two years, while creating more off-peak travel opportunities for members. In addition, the waitlist to join they recently implemented will continue to hold back new members from activating their membership. Effectively, this mechanism allows the club to time its development growth with its active members.
