The Shangri-La Residences at Island Gardens will be located on the upper floors of the Shangri-La Hotel that will be situated at Island Gardens and will provide Shangri-La Hotels’ renowned, high standard of service to approximately 100, one to four-bedroom spacious and luxurious fractional residences ranging from approximately 850 to 3,700 square feet that will each feature fully furnished stunning interiors by famed Italian interior designer, Piero Lissoni. In addition, all residences will feature oversized terraces that extend the living space to the outdoors. The Shangri-La Residences will be sold on a fractional interest basis with eight fractions per residence and will benefit from the legendary service quality that Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts are known for around the world.
