Helium Report found a new destination club online, Abundant Life, a reportedly private invitation-only club based in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, We browsed their website to learn more about them, looking for information on
- Pricing
- Home portfolio
- Composition of management team
Here are our findings
Pricing
Abundant life decided to follow in the footsteps of clubs like Private Escapes and Portofino Club, offering a three-tier membership program.
Silver Membership:
Membership Deposit: $65,000
Annual Fees: $9,984
Nights Included: 7
Access Information: $1 million residences
The Silver membership competes directly with premium clubs like High Country Club, which offers 45 nights included for a membership deposit of $60,000 and annual fees of $8,400.
Gold Membership:
Membership Deposit: $150,000
Annual Fees: $28,800
Nights Included: 21
Access Information: $3 million residences
In this membership tier, Abundant Life is bound to compete with clubs like Private Escapes, whose Platinum plan includes unlimited nights for a $200,000 membership deposit, $138 nightly fee and $11,500 in annual dues.
Platinum Membership:
Membership Deposit: $895,000
Annual Fees: $57,600
Nights Included: 28
Access Information: 2 weeks in $10 million residences, 2 weeks elsewhere.
the main competitor for Abundant Life in this price range. A membership at Solstice costs $875,000, annual dues are set at $42,000 and members have access to unlimited nights at their $5+ million estates.
However, each plan includes a different origination fee of whose purpose we’re not clear.

Home portfolio information
Abundant Life currently offers eight villas in the Caribbean, castle accommodations in Ireland and France, and a house in Lake Tahoe. With eleven properties in nine locations, Abundant Life allegedly has as many homes as many established players like Crescendo, The Markers and BelleHavens. However, their website doesn’t yield any information on the value of each home. Since the membership tiers are tied to a specific home value, we don’t know how many homes are available to each tier. If, for example, they only had $1 million in their portfolio, the Platinum membership would be extremely expensive. However, if half of their homes are $10+ million, then there is no variety for the Silver and Gold members. We are going to talk to them about this.
Management Team
Abundant Life unfortunately does not provide information about its management through their website. Considering the increased management transparency among other destination clubs, Helium Report advises asking thorough due-diligence questions before handing over an $875,000 deposit.
Helium Report’s Perspective
Entering such a capital-intensive market with established players like Exclusive Resorts and Ultimate Resort requires a growth strategy and differentiating elements that we were unable to pinpoint on Abundant Life’s website. We don’t think Abundant Life is starting off as a strong player in this space, with a website outlining a membership plan that seems to be bundling Ferraris with Fiats, as well as their lack of detailed information on their home portfolios and management team. Following contact with Abundant Life, we will report our findings.
