Exclusive Resorts' Supplemental Plan to Offer Extra Vacation Days

Exclusive Resorts - Lake TahoeExclusive Resorts members itching to get more vacation time out of their club could take advantage of a new membership supplement. Exclusive Resorts, the largest destination club, currently charges a $459,000 membership fee, and $34,900 in annual dues for 45 days’ use of their $1 billion real estate portfolio. But the club is offering new membership supplement packages (see below) with extra days for up to 100 members.

The club claims that the supplemental packages won’t negatively affect availability, and the Holiday Supplements are strictly limited to only 20 members. Indeed back in June, Exclusive Resorts members received a lengthy analysis of the club’s property availability and plans for real estate expansion. The new supplemental memberships were likely constructed with these findings in mind:

  • All members, on average, use 80% of their available days each year
  • 75% of total inventory is still available to book for travel in 2008 (as of June)
