It’s been some time since ultra-luxury destination club, Solstice, unveiled new properties, but this week the club announced a new property in Cabo San Lucas, and two new properties in New York City’s West Village.
The new beachfront residence in Cabo is the second one there offered by Solstice. The home, called “Casa Playa Blanca,” has a private beach and the gamut of typical luxury amenities like an infinity-edge pool and Viking/Sub-Zero appliances. Among destination club member surveys, Cabo is consistently ranked among the most popular vacation spots, and seventeen homes are the located there across all clubs.
The two “Glass Houses” in New York still manage to include a private 180-bottle wine cellar despite the urban density. While they’re different sizes, the apartments both have heated floors, Italian Molteni kitchens, and Hudson River views.
Solstice’s homes average a significantly high $6.5 million, over twice the industry average of $2.7 million. Access to their high-dollar homes comes with premium membership fees though – between $535,000 and $1.65 million. Solstice members receive additional preferential rates on private jet travel from Sentient Jet. More on club fees can be found in our guide
to destination clubs.
The properties are the first ones announced since Solstice and Parallel merged in November of 2006 – a consolidation similar to what Helium Report saw this month between Ultimate Resort and Private Escapes.
