Ultimate Resort is set to merge with destination club Private Escapes later this month creating Ultimate Escapes, a club with more than 140 properties in 50 locations. But in addition to the merger Ultimate Resort executives have been focused on rolling out new properties, including two outside of the U.S.

Island Escape

The island of Nevis in the West Indies, also known as the “Queen of the Caribees,” is home to the newest offshore destination among Ultimate’s offerings. The seven ocean view residences are a mix of three and four bedroom homes (from 3,229 to 3,500 square feet), each with a private swimming pool, an outdoor dining room, and high speed internet access. The homes have access to Pinney’s Beach and are about five minutes from the Four Seasons Resort.

English Excursion

Ultimate Resort has also added another apartment in London to its roster. This two bedroom flat overlooks the Thames River in the Butler’s Wharf development. It is close to a Terence Conran restaurant and walking distance to the Tate Modern and the London Eye, the city’s iconic over-sized ferris wheel.

Golf Getaway

Three championship golf courses designed by Arnold Palmer, Jack Nicklaus and Tom Watson are among the amenities at the club’s new Orlando property. Ultimate Resort already has a home in Orlando’s Reunion Resort Community, a golf resort near Disney World. Its latest home, at the Ginn Reunion Resort, has formal and casual dining and living areas, golf course views and a swimming pool and hot tub. In addition to golf, the resort has miles of walking and biking trails, as well as stables, tennis courts, a water park and a spa.
