Dubai is the land of over the top gimmicks, from its vast indoor ski resort to its man-made palm tree-shaped private islands. It’s no surprise then, that two of its newest luxury real estate developments, Damac Heights and Lincoln Park, announced an incentive today that is sure to grab the attention of potential buyers with an eye on Dubai.

Through Feb. 24, Damac Properties, the developer of the two condo communities offering the incentive, will give away free cars to everyone who buys a unit in the newly constructed developments. And we’re not talking about an economy compact; buyers who invest in a studio or one-bedroom condo can drive home from the contract signing in a BMW 1-series, while those purchasing a two-, three- or four-bedroom unit will be upgraded to a 3-series. For those who require something a bit more uniquely opulent, a Bentley Continental Flying Spur comes standard with the purchase of a signature duplex or penthouse. Buyers also have the option of accepting a cash rebate toward the price of the property in lieu of the complimentary car, but that option seems decidedly less Dubai.

In addition to the car incentive, Damac Properties is entering every buyer who makes a purchase of over AED 80,000 (about $205,000) into an equally over the top raffle. The prizes? For the runner up, a 1.4-acre private island in Belize, and for the grand-prize winner, an Eclipse 500 private jet.
