As a family we purchased an Aventuras Club fractional unit for many reasons. First of all, the idea of a fractional ownership made all the sense in the world. The cost is reasonable, you do not have the frustrations of maintenance and during your stay you receive full services such as maid service, Internet and television. You control the title, can pass it on to your heirs or rent it or sell it for a return on investment. The location is one hour south of Cancun in the quaint gated town of Puerto Aventuras where there are all the activities available that you would expect in the Riviera Maya. Activities range from exploring Mayan ruins, cenotes, Dolphin Discovery, sport fishing and diving. Every one of our visits includes a short 15 minute ride to Playa del Carmen for shopping, entertainment and fine dining. The beauty and safety of this area are tops on the list.
