We are a family of 5 with three small children. We have been members of BelleHavens for a little over a year and have visited three homes. BelleHavens has lived up to its promise of offering oustanding vacation homes at a fraction of the cost of second home ownership—underpined by a rock solid financial model and strong member service.

We have been able to get all the reservations we have wanted. We have been to New York, Jackson Hole and the Palm Coast. We have a week planned at Cabo del Sol this coming President’s Day week and are having fun choosing among Scottsdale, Lake Las Vegas, Hawaii and Hilton Head for our other weeks in 2007.

The homes are extremely well appointed. The furnishings and fixtures are as good as at any 5-star hotel (I work for an investment bank and have seen plenty of those).

We have also found management to be very open and forthcoming about plans. It truly feels like they are trying to build a club around us.

And last but not least is the equity model. When Tanner and Haley ran into trouble last summer, we felt extremely comfortable with our investment in BelleHavens. And now with backing from Hunt Realty, it does seem like BelleHavens will be one of the destination clubs to weather any shake out and be around for generations of family vacations.

We highly recommnd this club to anyone looking for an opportunity to enjoy first class vacation homes, equity ownership and an opportunity to see the club grow and appreciate.
