After being in the hotel business for my entire life, traveling and staying in hotels doesn’t quite hold the allure of staying in premium homes for vacations. I looked into the various options over the last couple of years and because I’m a real estate investor, I just couldn’t give money to a company and not be involved in the long term appreciation of the homes. With Crescendo, we own the homes, have stock in the company and when we visit a location, we have a vested interest in keeping the domicial in the best possible condition. Every time seven new owners join Crescendo, the company either builds or buys a place in a new location. The business plan is sound and I believe that as we turn over loctions in the future, that upside will pay for my vactions. And they say you can’t have your cake and eat it too.
