We recently joined Crescendo and would absolutely recommend it to others. The management is very good about communicating with the members and seeking our input. They are professional, responsive and have many years of experience in the fields of real estate, investments and hospitality. Because Crescendo is not nearly as large as some other destination clubs, the management really knows every member.

In addition to great management, Crescendo’s properties are amazing. You get the same or even better quality properties for a similar or better price. This despite having the advantage of actually owning the properties unlike most other destination clubs. Crescendo doesn’t have any leased houses. Each house is also stocked with amenities at the highest levels.

When going through the destination club evaluation process, I couldn’t understand why I would give up 20% of my deposit and receive no appreciation in the coming years. While it makes sense for the destination clubs and those who own the destination clubs, it doesn’t make sense for us or the members of those clubs. I would rather be one of the owners and have the security of being an owner. It didn’t seem like a risky proposition to me that I would see appreciation over the next ten or twenty years. Many of the other clubs only guaranteed me a loss when you really think about it.

We feel great about our decision to go with Crescendo. We have all of the benefits of other comparable destination clubs but without the typical drawbacks.
