We’ve thoroughly enjoyed our membership with Exclusive Resorts and use our trips to connect with friends and out-of-town family. It’s such an easy way to entertain without the work. The residences are beautiful, clean, well-appointed and spacious. But the best aspect is the incredible service we receive from both the Membership Service department and the on-site Concierge. Exclusive Resorts seems to have a knack for hiring the best, keeping them happy and training them well. That’s a winning strategy for any company. On every trip we’ve taken there seems to be yet another refinement in the service or the homes’ amenities as though the club always looking for ways to delight us. The club is always soliciting feedback from members on how they can improve the experience and it shows. The selection of destinations keeps improving and with good planning and a little flexibility we almost always get our first choice of destination. In speaking with other members I’ve found that those who tend to be less than happy with availability tend to be last minute planners. Our only complaint is there really should be more coastal California destinations. The club is working diligently on it and I hope it will be just a matter of time. Our favorite trips so far include The World Ship, Abaco, Laguna Beach and Big Island.
