We have been members since early 2007, first of DreamCatcher, and now the Quintess since the merger. We were previously members of Distinctive Retreats & Private Retreats before that. As a general concept, once you are with the right destination club, the concept of vacations centered about a resort is never good enough again. Quintess is my gold standard of what defines “the right destination club”.

Their homes are excellent; excellently located, excellently appointed, excellently maintained, and, most importantly, excellently consistent. We have a fantastic Member and Travel Advisor assigned to us. She has been with us for more than 2 years. She knows us, our likes, interests, etc. and does wonderful little things to make our vacations fantastic. The local destination hosts have been amazing, for example, taking us on walking tour of London.

There are things that I would like different, but the club management is accessible and willing to discuss ideas. Fundamentally, the club sees itself as part of the hospitality business.
