We join Dream Catcher which is now part of Quintess about 18 months ago, our children were 8 and 4 then. Our family travel about 3-4 months out of the year and we own 5 vacation homes (Tahoe, Paris, California, Texas, and Saigon) so we do have choices).

We started looking into joining a private residence club because we have friends who are Solstice member and Exclusive members and were fortunate to see the property of both clubs. We looked at several clubs before deciding on which one to join. (Solstice, ER, Tanner and Haley, and Dream Catcher)

We chose Dream Catcher because it is right in the middle of Solstice and Exclusive Resort, they had 28 homes at that time and we visited their Napa home and it was really beautiful and gracious. That’s not to say that Napa is the only home with the WOW factor because each place that we’ve visited have been amazing. DCR/Quintess also have a very favorable ratio of homes to members. As a member for over 1 1/2 years we’ve rarely have a problem booking a home when we want it. We also have access to the management team and they are very transparent with their business model, and financials. Before we join the club, we spoke to their CEO, CFO, a founder and board member, and current member. I also like the fact that they back their product with a 100% money back if you want out within the first year. After over 70 days of vacation and many many wonderful memories, we are still very happy with our choice.
