“The whole Quintess experience has been just grand. Our initial expectations were that the Club would solve a number of our vacation planning problems. We really had no idea how much easier the Quintess vacation is compared with ‘do-it-yourself.’ The quality of the Quintess product is so high, and the risk of a bad experience so low; this is what continues to amaze us. So far we’ve made five trips with Quintess and we want to go back to every location. All of the Quintess Destination Hosts have been top quality and have enhanced our trips each time. That said, Michele in Jackson Hole was the pinnacle. We checked in with her once or twice a day during our trip to the Amangani home. She never bothered us at inappropriate times. The home was perfectly prepared, and she went out of her way to provide some non-feather bedding for our guests. Her recommendations were always appropriate.
