I just returned from a four-day, mid-week getaway at the Times Square Encore penthouse. This was my third time staying in the penthouse and I just love it, especially because of the patio, in fact, I plan my trips around seasons that allow us to use the patio. It is very rare to have so much outdoor living space in New York City. The computer was not working when we arrived but Alia, my Host, was very ingenious and was able to meet our immediate Internet needs. Plus, I’m sure things like that-- the system experiencing minor problems -- happens from time to time and is out of the Club’s control…just like at home. Erin, my Member Travel Advisor, and Alia, my Host, were extremely helpful in helping me secure Broadway tickets for a show I wanted to attend with my other four guests. I did not want to pay the $30 fee per ticket Internet booking fee, which would have amounted to an absorbent amount of money. With my asking, Alia went to the ticket office herself in New York City and reserved excellent seats for five, which she personally picked out herself verses me taking some vague placement on an Internet website. Quintess, LRW—you lived up to your promised Host experience with exceptional hand held service. I was very pleased that Erin and Alia were so accommodating!
