We joined Quintess about 18 months ago and couldn’t be happier with our choice. It has totally changed the way we vacation in a few ways. First, I used to find it difficult to disconnect from work and relax when on vacation. Even when staying at a four or five star hotel we would have to get up early to find pool chairs for the family and our young kids would want to leave the hotel room by 7 in the morning. When staying at a Quintess property we have none of this. I am able to spend quality time with my family while completely decompressing and the kids love it. The homes are stocked just like home with high quality a/v equipment, great cooking kitchens with sharp knives, toys and games for the kids, business center, etc. They have thought of everything.

We have stayed at Casa de Playa and Primera Luz in Cabo – both outstanding, large homes. We have also been to Carefree, AZ, La Quinta, Maui and we sent my brother and his bride on their honeymoon to the Turk and Caicos. The properties are all of very high quality, well located and are staffed with very helpful local concierges.

In terms of service, the Quintess staff has been outstanding – arranging catering, grocery shopping, in home massages, dinner reservations, travel arrangements, whatever you can imagine. Quintess clearly understands the hospitality business very well.

In contrast to what we have heard about some of the the other clubs, we have not had any issue in getting our first choice of properties when vacationing. Having said this, we have generally prepared reasonably well in advance for our vacations (4-6 months).

Overall, I feel that this was one of the best decisions that we have made as a family. Not only do we get to spend great quality time together on vacation, we do more of it now and given the size of the Quintess homes we often bring family or friends.

We looked at many of the other clubs (including visiting some of their properties) and decided on this one for the following reasons, best value for a club with $4MM homes, larger homes than ER, freestanding homes with more privacy and a history in the hospitality business. We couldn’t be happier with our choice.

I highly recommend Quintess to others. Our vacations are so much better. Even past vacations at high end (5 star) hotel properties don’t remotely begin to compare.
