My oldest son lives in Jackson Hole, WY, and fishes all the rivers you would recognize, almost every day during the summer months. But the trip he anticipates most each year is his trip home to fish the Spring Ridge Club limestone streams in central Pennsylvania. The browns and bows are bigger and heavier and full of fight. The streams are well groomed and are home to a broad range of aquatic life. The hatches can be storm like at times and the guides will work you through all the subtle current patterns for that perfect presentation. It’s a Club for serious fishing but also a Club for family fun with an accommodating and friendly staff. My golf club membership, I could sacrifice.
