Lusso has exceeded my families expectations on properties, service and building a delightful experience. It is so rare you can say that about a travel experience these days. I’ve been a member for over a year and stayed at Cabo (x2), Scottsdale, NYC, Bahamas and San Diego. The member to property ratio is excellent. And it shows—I have always been able to get my choice of when I wanted to visit. Ultimately, it is often the intangibles and small things in a home that differentiate a destination club. The service and local concierges have been fantastic. We’ve arranged private chefs that are all coordinated out beautifully for great meals. They have been able to get us in the most difficult reservations (NYC – Le Bernadin on a 12 hr. notice) and the difficult golf courses (SD – Torrey Pines South), little delightful details (like personalized gifts/notes upon arrival), and significant help even when traveling (delayed flights and lost luggage). We have young children and Lusso plans so well for that – with baby & child car seats, cribs, games, toys in every home. Other accessories, like the Lincoln Navigator, in-home golf clubs sets and bicycles really make it your home away from home.
