I was a previous member to Private Retreats and joined Ultimate Resort as a transfer member. So far, visits to two destinations, New York and Palm Beach county residences, have been seamless transitions to the new club ownership. Future destination locations have been reserved without a problem and I am looking forward to staying at new locations available.

Suggestions

The only improvement would be a more timely web site transfer of information from Tanner and Haley to Ultimate Resort.
