We originally joined a destination club in 2005. We’ve now taken retreats to Telluride, Sun Valley, Palm Desert and Scottsdale post the November transition to Ultimate Resort’s operation of the former Tanner & Haley. Retreats to us are occasions to gather family and friends for a relaxed time in a resort atmosphere. It all starts with the planning phase that’s coordinated by our Member Services Specialist who has guided us expertly through the inventory of destinations. Long enough ahead of the trip, we have been handed over transparently to the Destination Planner who lives in the destination and knows the activities, restaurants, sitter services and home amentities in detail. For us, no matter how well we plan, we always have adjustments when we are in residence and that’s where the concierge comes into play. From the moment we have been greeted at the homes, the concierges work to make the events special. We’ve traveled a total of over four weeks with the new team. The homes are in great locations-- Telluride is ski-in, ski-out; Sun Valley - a 200 yard walk from the lift; Scottsdale - an equisite view with 3 Top 100 Golf Course within a 10 minute drive; Palm Desert - a fabulous view. We owned our own second home for a dozen years. Now, we have 24 second home locations and zero of the hassle of home maintenance! Ultimate is rightly named - we have experienced the Ultimate in service, views, amenties, ease.
