We joined Destinctive Retreats in 2004 and have enjoyed travelling the destination club way tremendously. Last year we traveled over 60 days and each trip was more memorable from the other. When Ultimate Resort took over Tanner & Haley, we were so happy because we cannot imagine traveling any other way. We have been very impressed with Ultimate Resort’s professionalism and attentiveness to its new members thoughout the whole purchase period. They have also been very responsive to member requests and have maintained an open communication channel which is very reassuring to us having gone through the Tanner & Haley bankruptcy.

As for the trips, they remain first class. The reservation and destination specialists are always first rate. The homes are excellent. We have visited properties in Cabo San Lucas, La Quinta, Telluride, New York, Miami & Maui. We have upcoming trips to Tahoe & Paris and are really looking forward to each and every one of them.

Ultimate Resort continues to delight us by exceeding our expectations and we are looking forward to many more years with Ultimate Resort.
