In reading Helium Report’s review of the Private Escape Pinnacle property in NYC from 08/03/07, I was struck by one sentence in particular.

“It can be hard to tell how typical our experience was, in terms of service, when compared to a regular member. The club obviously wants to impress us – at least that’s what we assume.”

This brief note is to assure you (and your readers) that your experience is totally typical of life as a Private Escapes member. Further, as one of the (relatively) few members that have actually belonged to all three club levels (Premiere, Platinum, and Pinnacle), your experience would have been the same at any property visited.

You’re correct in assuming the club wanted to impress you; just as Private Escapes tries to impress all of their members each and every day. We may all be “regular” members, but we’re all treated like VIP’s. These are great people to do business with, and travel with!
